Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design, deliver and continuously improve learning initiatives that boost capability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning programmes aligned with business and people objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design a range of initiatives, from leadership to technical training.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery, evaluation and follow‑up of training programmes.
• Maintain annual learning plans, training calendars and LMS usage.
• Monitor participation, effectiveness and provide regular reports to HR and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–7 years of L&D experience in a medium to large organisation.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
