Learning & Development Specialist – Talent Development Center

About the role

The Talent Development Center is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate multi‑channel training programs that build future‑ready capabilities across the organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure high‑quality learning experiences and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze training needs at institutional, functional, team and individual levels to identify skill gaps.
• Translate needs into learning priorities, annual plans and development pathways.
• Design and deliver face‑to‑face and e‑learning interventions using instructional design principles.
• Coordinate program implementation with partners, manage scope, timelines and compliance.
• Monitor learner and trainer satisfaction, enforce quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Measure learning impact, prepare analytical reports and link outcomes to organizational performance.

Required profile

• Experience in learning and development, talent management or program management.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and professional communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse and report on learning metrics.
• Problem‑solving orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
