Learning Experience Director – Learning Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Experience Director to lead learning design and solution development within a large‑scale enterprise learning operation in the UAE. The role is hands‑on, focusing on discovery, instructional design and ensuring high quality, learner‑centered solutions that align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts, conduct needs analysis and translate business performance gaps into clear learning objectives and design briefs.
• Design high‑quality learning solutions across instructor‑led, virtual, digital and on‑the‑job modalities, applying adult learning principles.
• Define assessment approaches and structure learning pathways for progressive capability building.
• Maintain consistency of the enterprise learning brand, tone and design standards across all solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, facilitate working sessions and balance SME input with sound instructional design judgment.
• Review and ensure design quality, challenging decisions that dilute consistency or quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning design or instructional design within large enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and discovery skills, able to ask the right questions and translate complex content.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on approach with a focus on quality and consistency.
