Learning Experience Instructional Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Experience Instructional Designer to create engaging, practical, and impactful learning solutions that enable our employees to develop the knowledge and skills needed for success. You will collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts and internal stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, accessible learning content across multiple formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences that support knowledge retention and practical application.
• Define clear learning objectives and align content and activities with desired outcomes.
• Apply instructional design theories, models, and best practices.
• Conduct learner and context analysis to tailor solutions for diverse audiences.
• Create assessments and evaluation methods to measure learner performance.
• Produce multimedia assets such as videos, audio, simulations, role‑plays, games, and interactive activities.
• Partner with SMEs to gather, structure, and validate content, writing instructional copy, audio scripts, and video scripts.
• Develop storyboards and instructional graphics to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain and update learning content within the LMS and associated technology platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in instructional design or related learning development.
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and translate technical information into learner‑friendly formats.
• Strong stakeholder management and understanding of business priorities.
• Creative mindset with a focus on delivering engaging learning experiences.
