Leasing Agent – Residential & Commercial Property

About the role

Pure Home Real Estate is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and seeks a motivated Leasing Agent to manage the full leasing cycle for residential and commercial properties. You will act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and corporate clients, driving new business and ensuring smooth transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end leasing transactions for both residential and commercial assets.
• Generate new leasing opportunities through calls, networking, referrals and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants and corporate clients.
• Conduct property viewings, assess client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market conditions, available inventory and rental pricing.
• Negotiate rental terms and facilitate contract completion.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow‑up consistently.
• Coordinate with owners and tenants throughout the leasing process and achieve monthly leasing targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in UAE real‑estate or property leasing is preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market is an advantage.
• Professional, confident demeanor when dealing with clients and owners.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Valid UAE residence visa is mandatory; immediate availability required.
• Driving licence and car are preferred.
