Leasing Property Consultant (Commission Only)

About the role

AQUA Properties is seeking motivated Leasing Property Consultants to join its growing team in Dubai. This is a commission‑only position focused on building a strong leasing portfolio across key developments in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a leasing portfolio of properties
• Connect with landlords and prospective tenants
• Generate new listings and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate rental terms and close leasing transactions
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Required profile

• Currently based in Dubai
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Real‑estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales‑driven, confident when dealing with clients
• Proactive, ambitious and results‑oriented
• Eager to learn and develop a career in Dubai real estate
