About the role
Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dynamic Lecturer in Video Game Design to join its College of Arts, Education & Social Sciences. This full‑time faculty position focuses on delivering student‑centered teaching and fostering academic excellence in game design.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver undergraduate courses in video game design, covering theory and practical development.
- Develop curriculum materials, assessments, and project‑based learning activities aligned with accreditation standards.
- Mentor and support students in their academic and professional growth.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty to continuously improve program quality.
- Participate in university initiatives, research, and community outreach related to interactive media.
Required profile
- Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., Master’s or PhD) in game design, interactive media, or a related field.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student development and academic integrity.
