Legal Advisor – Dubai

About the role

A leading technology organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join its leadership team. This strategic role provides legal guidance and risk management across a wide range of business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial contracts and agreements to protect the organisation’s interests.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
• Implement and oversee compliance and governance frameworks across operations.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to align business and legal objectives.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes and assess their impact on policies and processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years’ experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within multinational or technology‑focused organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; licensed or eligible to practice in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and regional laws, with the ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business advice.
• Arabic speaker (spoken and written).
