Legal Advisor

About the role

VP Expert is seeking a motivated Legal Advisor to join its growing legal consulting team in Dubai Internet City. You will provide comprehensive legal support on UAE laws, draft and review contracts, and assist clients throughout various legal and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage legal documents, contracts, agreements and corporate paperwork.
• Provide legal consultations on UAE regulations and ensure compliance.
• Prepare complaints, petitions, legal notices and other procedural documents.
• Liaise with UAE government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct legal research and produce opinions and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of legal experience in the UAE market.
• Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations and legal procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
