Legal Consultant – Digital Assets & Structured Products (Remote)

About the role

Axiom is looking for an experienced Legal Consultant to support a global client in digital assets and fintech. Working remotely, you will be the primary legal point of contact for innovative equity‑linked and structured products, operating at the intersection of capital markets and emerging digital‑asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice throughout the full lifecycle of equities and structured/innovative products, from design to exit.
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts, and create program‑level documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and develop scalable legal processes and templates.

Required profile

• 5‑12+ years post‑qualification experience in structured products/ECM/derivatives or broader capital markets, either in‑house or in private practice.
• Experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets or tokenisation products is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams.
