Legal Corporate Affairs Consultant

About the role

Legal Corporate Affairs Consultant will support the Legal function in corporate secretarial, entity management, statutory compliance, and legal matters across the Group's GCC, Middle East, Africa, and offshore entities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, coordinate and maintain Board and shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes and related corporate approvals.
• Maintain the annual legal entity compliance calendar, coordinate shareholder meetings and prepare resolutions for audited financial statements and auditor appointments.
• Manage changes to directors, managers, authorized signatories and corporate powers of attorney, ensuring proper registration with authorities.
• Prepare and coordinate banking resolutions, powers of attorney and KYC documentation for account opening and treasury arrangements.
• Oversee corporate changes such as entity establishment, mergers, liquidations, license renewals and ensure all filings are up‑to‑date across jurisdictions.
• Maintain statutory registers, corporate records and an audit‑ready repository for all Group entities.
