Legal Manager – Digital & Retail Media

About the role

The Legal Manager provides strategic and operational legal support to the Digital and Retail Media division, ensuring compliance across digital advertising, media partnerships, data‑driven marketing, and retail media operations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements such as digital advertising, media, data sharing, licensing and vendor contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice on regulatory, operational and contractual matters, balancing risk with business growth.
• Monitor emerging advertising, e‑commerce, data protection, privacy and cybersecurity laws and assess their impact on the division.
• Develop and maintain legal policies, contract templates and best‑practice procedures.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, including data retention and cybersecurity requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the UAE corporate or law‑firm environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret laws related to digital advertising, retail media, data privacy and e‑commerce.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
