Legal Manager

About the role

The Legal Manager will lead all legal aspects of ORO24 Developments' real‑estate projects, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and protecting the company's interests. The role provides timely legal advice, conducts risk assessments and supports decision‑making to minimise exposure and liability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and amend a wide range of agreements, including NOCs, licences, resale, termination, settlement and amendment contracts.
• Liaise with dispute lawyers to minimise litigation risk.
• Draft and review correspondence such as letters, emails and notices related to off‑plan sales, infrastructure allocations, service‑charge waivers, project registration and cancellations.
• Continuously improve real‑estate precedent documents and streamline processes.
• Support off‑plan project launches by reviewing unit booking forms, SPA and disclosure statements, and handling post‑execution issues.
• Advise on community‑management matters, owner disputes, maintenance issues and occupier evictions.
• Manage agency and broker agreements, including appointments, activities and terminations.
• Monitor legal developments in Dubai and the UAE and keep the business updated.
• Provide administrative and legal support as required.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB) or Master’s in Law from a recognised university.
• 4‑6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real‑estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE local laws, regulations and legal procedures.
