Legal Partner – Build New Dubai Practice

About the role

A new Dubai operation of a UK law firm is seeking an entrepreneurial Legal Partner to build its presence from the ground up. The role offers the chance to develop your own practice, bring in clients, shape the office direction and eventually build a team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop your own practice and client base from the new Dubai office.
• Help establish and shape the firm’s Dubai operation and its future direction.
• Build a team around your practice as the business grows.
• Develop complementary areas of work and create cross‑referral opportunities.
• Take an entrepreneurial approach to growing the business with freedom to develop your own desk.

Required profile

• England & Wales qualified lawyer at a senior level.
• Portable book of business and established client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building a practice from the ground up.
• Strong experience in one of the target areas such as Digital Assets, Crypto Regulation, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Compliance, Insolvency Litigation or Arbitration.
• Desire to influence the direction of a new operation and build a team over time.
