Licensed GCAA/FAA Flight Dispatcher

About the role

ExecuJet is seeking a qualified Licensed GCAA/FAA Flight Dispatcher to join its operations team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing flight planning, ground operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service to crew and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Exercise operational control of flights to meet civil aviation safety and legal standards.
• Coordinate crew scheduling, handling, fuel, permits, and airport slot negotiations.
• Prepare and file regulatory forms such as GAR, EAPIS, API, and landing requests.
• Develop comprehensive flight briefs covering performance, weather, NOTAMs, and aircraft limitations.
• Maintain communication between clients, pilots, ground services, and third‑party representatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of dispatch experience in the Middle East aviation sector.
• Proven knowledge of ground operations, dispatch, and flight‑planning procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Team‑oriented with the flexibility to work independently during shifts.
