Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (Property & Casualty) to support U.S.-based insurance agencies. The role is fully remote and follows U.S. business hours, allowing you to assist policyholders, prospects, carriers, and agency teams with policy servicing, quoting, and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and general servicing requests.
• Prepare accurate insurance quotes for new and existing customers and explain coverage options.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting requirements and policy updates.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with internal agency teams to ensure seamless support and compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Active U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (resident or non‑resident).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance customer service or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
