About the role

We are seeking a vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at our hotel pool in Dubai. The role involves monitoring swimmers, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming pool environment. You will also support guests with disabilities and help create a fun, relaxing atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area, identify unsafe conditions, and intervene promptly using appropriate rescue techniques.
• Promote pool rules, assist injured guests until emergency services arrive, and report accidents or hazards to management.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness by folding towels, washing, mopping, and performing routine inspections of equipment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Assist individuals with disabilities and ensure inclusive access to pool facilities.
• Welcome guests, uphold professional appearance standards, and support colleagues with a respectful attitude.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CPR and First Aid certifications; any additional certifications required by local authorities.
• No prior lifeguard experience required.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
