Light Technician

About the role

Arris Engineering Group is seeking a Light Technician to join its 24/7 live studio environment in Ras Al Khaimah. You will support the design, setup, and operation of lighting solutions that power our iGaming productions, ensuring high‑quality visual output while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and operating lighting equipment for continuous studio productions.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain studio lighting rigs, performing routine checks and minor repairs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with senior technicians to resolve equipment problems.
• Report daily equipment status, operational incidents, and maintenance needs to the on‑site manager.
• Ensure all lighting setups comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to align lighting requirements with production schedules.

Required profile

• Basic experience with studio lighting equipment (at least 1 month).
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.
• Good communication skills for reporting and cross‑department collaboration.
