Linen & Uniform Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a Linen & Uniform Attendant to manage the distribution, collection, care, and organisation of linen, uniforms, and textiles across our luxury hospitality properties. The role supports housekeeping, laundry, operations and procurement teams to ensure seamless textile services for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, count, store, distribute and collect linen and uniforms.
• Issue uniforms to staff according to role, size, shift and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, issues, returns, damages and replacements.
• Inspect all items for cleanliness, stains, damage or wear and report unusable items.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, operations, equestrian and procurement teams.
• Prepare and distribute linen and uniforms for villas, guest areas, events and daily operations.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the Linen Supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling, transportation, storage and care of all textiles.

Required profile

• Previous experience in linen, laundry, uniform services, housekeeping or stores, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong organisational, counting and record‑keeping abilities with attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling large volumes of textiles and equipment.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, discreet and service‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
