Listing Agent - Abu Dhabi and Dubai

About the role

Address Point Properties, a real estate consultancy in the UAE with more than 15 years of experience, is looking for a tech-savvy and organized Listing Agent to manage its property portfolio across major online platforms. The agent creates listings, manages lead flow and ensures maximum exposure on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder and the company website.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder and the company website
• Write engaging property descriptions and upload high-quality photos with accurate details
• Update listings regularly, remove or update sold/rented properties and ensure compliance with portal guidelines
• Respond promptly to portal inquiries, qualify leads and distribute them to sales agents
• Track lead response times and conversion rates, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Optimize listings for search visibility and coordinate property shoots with photographers
• Generate weekly reports on listing performance and lead metrics

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience with property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
• Excellent written English and strong computer literacy with fast typing
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple listings and work under deadlines
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi/Dubai property types and locations; Arabic is a plus
• Preferred: real estate background or RERA license, CRM experience, basic SEO and digital marketing knowledge
