Listing Coordinator – Real Estate

About the role

La Maison Real Estate is seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage residential property listings in Abu Dhabi. The role requires at least one year of real‑estate experience and thrives in a fast‑paced, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth property and ownership research using internal databases.
• Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, property condition, and market readiness.
• Prepare and manage MOUs, lease agreements, Tawtheeq, SPA and ownership verification documents.
• Engage professionally with landlords and owners, maintaining excellent communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience as a Listing Coordinator in residential real estate.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle 10+ active listings simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
