Listings Administrator – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Listings Administrator to join a growing real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has strong organizational and coordination skills within the real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings across major portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
• Ensure all listings are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with RERA guidelines
• Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photos, and documentation
• Monitor listing performance and optimise visibility where needed
• Handle property management documentation, including tenancy contracts and renewals
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and service providers for maintenance requests and follow‑ups
• Maintain organised records of all property‑related documents
• Support the team with administrative tasks as required

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate (listings or property management preferred)
• Familiarity with property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
