About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves representing clients in complex legal disputes and court cases, leveraging deep knowledge of UAE litigation procedures and fluency in English.
Key responsibilities
- Handle legal disputes and court cases within the UAE jurisdiction.
- Apply UAE litigation procedures and manage case documentation.
- Provide legal dispute resolution and client representation.
- Coach and mentor junior legal professionals in UAE litigation practice.
- Oversee case management and legal filing processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and admission to UAE legal practice.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE litigation.
- Fluent in English with strong courtroom advocacy skills.
