Lobby Ambassador – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Lobby Ambassador to welcome guests at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm arrival and a smooth departure while representing the hotel’s high standards of Turkish hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
• Provide information, directions, hotel details and local recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service to create memorable experiences.
• Escort VIP, long‑stay and special‑occasion guests when required.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations and other guest requests.
• Support service recovery by promptly addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, wellness offerings and special events.

Required profile

• Previous guest service experience.
• Professional presentation and outstanding guest service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and high reliability.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
