Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador welcomes guests at Rotana Ras Al Khaimah – The Mangroves, ensuring every interaction is warm, courteous and efficient. This front‑office position is the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guests moving through the hotel lobby.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at the main entrance, escort them to the check‑in area and manage queue flow using the tablet registration tool.
• Maintain the Arabian Cultural Connection coffee and dates station, offering a friendly, culturally‑rich experience.
• Promote hotel services, special offers and restaurant reservations while handling guest inquiries.
• Provide personalized attention to Club Rotana, VIP and Rotana Rewards members.
• Assist guests with directions, information about local attractions and any on‑site requests.
• Ensure a smooth hand‑over to the front‑desk team and monitor guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• Previous front‑office or lobby experience in a hotel setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, well‑groomed and personable.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
