Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront resort in Ras Al Khaimah. You will ensure a warm, professional welcome and provide continuous assistance throughout the guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all arrival and departure guests with the highest standards of hospitality.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance and comply with hotel policies and standards.
• Coordinate communication between guests and hotel staff, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the front office area.
• Monitor and update the log book, verify outstanding items, and follow up as needed.
• Achieve high guest satisfaction scores measured by the TRUST YOU platform.
