Lobby Ambassador

About the role

Join the luxury Rixos Premium Dubai JBR team as a Lobby Ambassador, delivering authentic Turkish hospitality and exceptional service standards. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable stay. This role offers the chance to grow within a globally recognised hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Greet guests as they enter and exit the hotel while adhering to service standards.
• Engage first‑time visitors, guide them through the lobby, and offer directions as needed.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, promotions, and services.
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Observe all safety policies and protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a five‑star luxury hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills and fluency in Russian (mandatory).
• Additional language skills such as Turkish or Arabic are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
