Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide visitors through the lobby, and ensure that service standards are consistently met. This role combines guest interaction with support for the front‑office team in a luxury five‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests.
• Greet guests as they enter and exit the hotel, maintaining high service standards.
• Engage first‑time visitors, give lobby tours and directions as needed.
• Inform guests about hotel facilities, promotions and services.
• Adhere to department policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Follow all safety policies and contribute to a secure environment.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a five‑star luxury hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills and fluency in Russian (mandatory); additional languages such as Turkish or Arabic are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
