Lobby Ambassador – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador enhances the guest experience by activating all lobby‑area services, from restaurant and bar to front desk and business centre. You will be the first point of contact, providing personalized assistance and local knowledge to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests and promote lobby outlets such as the restaurant, bar, lounge and business centre.
• Coordinate guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special services.
• Provide accurate local area information, including events and attractions.
• Liaise with bell‑person, housekeeping, and food‑and‑beverage teams to resolve guest needs promptly.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions; complete required safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure courteous, clear communication.
• Stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
