Lobby Ambassador – Resort Tower

About the role

The Resort Tower is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to be the primary guest‑facing presence in the lobby. You will welcome guests, create memorable interactions and promote the resort’s luxury experiences. The role requires a proactive, service‑driven attitude and close collaboration with multiple hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests throughout their journey, providing personalized service.
• Promote resort amenities, dining venues, entertainment and unique experiences.
• Escort VIPs, repeat guests and distinguished visitors, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Transportation, F&B and other teams to personalize guest stays.
• Monitor lobby activity, manage guest flow and support service‑recovery situations.
• Support special events, VIP programs and lobby activations while maintaining Forbes Five‑Star standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services or customer‑facing roles (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional appearance, warm personality and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Required skills

• Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest etiquette.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• Ability to identify guest needs and create personalized experiences.
