About the role
The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests at St. Regis Abu Dhabi, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience from arrival to departure. This role focuses on delivering personalized service, handling guest requests, and showcasing local highlights, all while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences, guiding guests through every step of their stay.
- Address guest requests promptly, offering information about the property and local attractions.
- Process operational tasks, complete reports, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
- Move, lift, and handle objects up to 10 pounds without assistance as part of daily duties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
