Lobby Coffeeman

About the role

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, a five-star beachfront luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Lobby Coffeeman. The role prepares and serves coffee, tea, Arabic coffee and other hot beverages to guests in the lobby and lounge areas, delivering a warm welcome and personalized attention in line with 5-star hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, Arabic coffee and other hot beverages in the lobby and lounge areas.
• Greet guests warmly and provide beverage service to VIP guests, hotel visitors and residents.
• Ensure beverages are prepared to the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, serving areas and equipment, and monitor and replenish supplies, cups, condiments and refreshments.
• Check regularly that coffee machines and service equipment work properly.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge and Guest Relations teams, and assist guests with basic information on hotel facilities and services.
• Handle guest requests, preferences and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards, and support hotel events, VIP arrivals and special functions in the lobby.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, caf or hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional grooming and appearance according to 5-star hotel standards.
• Basic English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
