Lobby Greeter – Front Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury resort opening in 2027 on a beachside island near Dubai, is looking for a Lobby Greeter to join its Front Services team. The greeter will be the first point of contact for guests entering the lobby, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering the lobby with a genuine welcome.
• Provide directions, escort guests to the front desk, concierge or other areas as needed.
• Identify VIP guests and coordinate their arrival experience.
• Communicate guest arrivals to bell desk, valet and front office teams.
• Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, assist with guest inquiries and offer proactive service.
• Monitor lobby traffic and ensure smooth flow during peak periods.
• Support special events, group arrivals and promotional activities.
• Keep the lobby area clean, organized and aligned with brand standards, meeting Forbes Five Star expectations.
• Handle guest concerns or requests professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Promote hotel services, amenities and local attractions when appropriate.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services or customer‑facing roles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest etiquette.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and occasional outdoor work.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards is advantageous.
