Logistic Coordinator – Island Operations

About the role

Penspen is seeking an experienced Logistic Coordinator to manage island‑based logistics for an offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on crew rotations, material handling and ensuring compliance with HSE, ADNOC and SIMOPS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personnel on board (POB) and crew rotations.
• Plan and control material and equipment logistics.
• Coordinate loading, off‑loading, lifting and lay‑down activities.
• Control material storage and inventory on site.
• Liaise with onshore base, marine teams and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ADNOC and SIMOPS requirements.
• Prepare daily movement plans and logistics reports.
• Monitor vessel movements, delays and standby time.
• Support emergency response and evacuation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 + years of oil & gas experience with strong offshore exposure.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management.
• Offshore certifications such as BOSIET and HUET.
• PMC experience preferred.
• Previous experience on ADNOC projects is an advantage.
