Logistics Analyst

About the role

The Logistics Analyst supports NCR Atleos' field services and large customer accounts by analysing logistics data, optimising inventory, and ensuring smooth order and reverse‑logistics processes. The role is data‑driven and focuses on improving service levels, asset utilisation and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analysis on inventory, replenishment and logistics performance; generate weekly and monthly scorecards, freight and parts usage reports.
• Validate international shipments against commercial invoices, manage dock‑to‑stock activities and maintain accurate inventory records in CIMS.
• Analyse PC3 reports, load recommendations into CIMS, reconcile data across systems and initiate procurement for unavailable parts.
• Generate replenishment transactions for Customer Engineers and Forward Stocking Locations; track defective part returns and recommend excess‑stock adjustments.
• Monitor in‑transit shipments, backorders and substitute parts; conduct LOCA analysis and coordinate urgent shipments.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of relevant experience in logistics analysis or a related field.
• Ability to work with logistics data, inventory systems and reporting tools.
