Logistics and Collection Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Collection and Logistics Coordinator to oversee product collections across various locations in the UAE. The role involves coordinating drivers, allocating tasks, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily product collection activities across multiple UAE locations.
• Assign collection tasks to drivers and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate collection schedules, locations, and updates to drivers.
• Monitor collection progress and provide regular status updates to relevant departments.
• Handle last‑minute changes, operational challenges, and urgent collection requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and driver assignments.
• Assist with petty cash management and related expense tracking as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics coordination, transportation, operations, dispatch, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE locations and road networks.
• Ability to think quickly, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, energetic, and solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
