Logistics Associate

About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Associate to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will play a key part in ensuring that parcels are scanned, tracked and dispatched accurately, supporting our mission to deliver to every door every day.
Key responsibilities
- Scan inbound and outbound bags to maintain accurate system updates.
- Prepare orders for dispatch according to operational schedules.
- Coordinate rider and van driver arrivals and support efficient loading.
- Verify order reconciliation before handover to delivery teams.
- Track, update and log delivery statuses for real‑time visibility.
- Assist in handling failed deliveries and coordinate re‑attempts.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using scanning systems and performing data entry.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
