Logistics Coordinator (3PL)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage third‑party logistics (3PL) operations, warehouse coordination, transportation, and inventory accuracy. You will work closely with logistics providers, internal teams, and retail stores to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries while optimizing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities with the 3PL provider.
• Manage replenishment orders for retail stores and e‑commerce channels.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, stock adjustments, and warehouse investigations.
• Track KPIs, ensure SLA compliance, and prepare logistics performance reports.
• Handle transfer orders, purchase orders, and stock movements.
• Support customs, freight forwarders, and courier partners as needed.
• Negotiate logistics service costs and support contract renewals.
• Identify process improvements to reduce transportation and warehouse expenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience working with 3PL providers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
