Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Arrange transportation and track local and international shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Maintain inventory records and collaborate with warehouse teams.
• Identify and resolve delivery delays or issues.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, freight, and customs procedures.
• Experience in oil & gas, EPC, or industrial projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE customs and import/export regulations.

• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Microsoft Excel.
• MS Office.
