Logistics Coordinator – Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator focused on planning to support our global energy maritime logistics operations. The role will help coordinate operational costs, oversee contracts, and contribute to cost‑effective planning and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Support the procurement team in managing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international logistics standards.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in resolving logistics‑related issues and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise processes.
• Facilitate training sessions on logistics procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics systems and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CLTD) is preferred.
