About the role

The Logistics Coordinator, Road Operations, ensures smooth daily activities for drivers and helpers by managing asset scheduling, routing, and driver performance. The role focuses on maximizing efficiency while meeting contractual and service‑level commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, route and monitor assets to guarantee accuracy, timeliness and compliance with customer and departmental SLA’s.
• Prepare KPIs and operational reports within defined timeframes.
• Ensure adherence to all operational procedures, policies and safety practices.
• Alert supervisors to emergencies, serious incidents or unusual events that could affect transportation operations.
• Identify potential problems and propose improvements proactively.
• Foster teamwork and maintain professional relationships with cross‑functional departments.
• Execute additional duties or projects assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
• Strong communication (oral and written), analytical thinking and planning abilities.
• High personal ownership, adaptability and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
