Logistics Executive – End‑to‑End Coordination

About the role

The Logistics Executive will oversee the complete movement of goods by air, sea and land across the GCC, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs and food‑safety regulations. You will act as the central point of contact between freight forwarders, transport partners, warehouses and internal teams to keep store operations stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor air, sea and land shipments, providing ETA/ETD updates and tracking transit milestones.
• Track real‑time cross‑border GCC land shipments, including temperature‑controlled loads.
• Manage border clearance checkpoints, proactively reducing delays.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, trucking partners and warehouse teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies such as short landings, damages or delivery variances and maintain corrective‑action logs.
• Work with inventory officers and PRO teams to complete goods receiving, customs clearance and product availability for store orders.
• Maintain accurate logistics reports and ensure compliance with company procedures, food‑safety and regulatory standards.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives within logistics and supply‑chain operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven logistics experience, preferably in a retail or F&B environment.
• Strong understanding of GCC customs regulations and cross‑border transportation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
