Logistics Executive

About the role

Zahr Freighters is looking for a highly organized Logistics Executive to join its operations team in Dubai. You will coordinate daily logistics activities, ensure timely deliveries, and support efficient supply‑chain processes while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Schedule shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with customers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and drivers.
• Track shipments and provide regular delivery status updates.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and logistics reports.
• Monitor inventory movement and work with warehouse staff to guarantee material availability.
• Resolve transportation issues, shipment delays, and customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipment coordination, freight documentation, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with UAE logistics regulations and customs procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
