About the role
The Logistics Executive will oversee the logistics and transportation functions of a laundry facility, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires coordination of delivery routes, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with UAE traffic regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and optimise daily delivery routes for timely customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and inventory levels.
- Implement and monitor work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operations.
- Investigate and resolve complaints related to logistics services.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, registered, and have up‑to‑date documentation (Salik, Mulkiya, insurance, permits).
- Monitor and adjust delivery schedules as needed to accommodate changes.
- Generate reports on logistics performance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations.
- Good communication skills.
