Logistics & Fleet Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Fleet Coordinator to oversee transportation and fleet operations for our manufacturing and project activities in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing vehicle permits, maintenance schedules, and driver coordination to ensure smooth, compliant logistics support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities for manufacturing and project operations.
• Manage fleet of heavy equipment and light vehicles, including driver schedules and movements.
• Plan and follow up preventive maintenance for all vehicles and equipment.
• Handle vehicle registration, permits, and approvals with authorities such as Asateel, Road Permit and ITC.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Provide breakdown support and arrange repairs to minimise downtime.
• Maintain logistics reports, operational records and support transportation planning for operational teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing logistics or fleet coordination within the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience with heavy and light vehicle fleets and knowledge of UAE road and transportation regulations.
• Arabic nationality preferred and currently residing in the UAE.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for logistics reporting.
