Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Inventory Coordinator ensures seamless daily logistics and inventory operations between the company and third‑party logistics (3PL) providers. This role maintains accurate inventory records in SAP, oversees inbound and outbound transactions, and supports timely order fulfillment across JAFZA and UAE Mainland facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities with 3PL partners, monitoring shipments, deliveries, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain inventory transactions in SAP, conduct regular reconciliations with 3PL warehouse management systems, and investigate discrepancies.
• Create and process sales orders, delivery notes, customer invoices, and goods receipt purchase orders in SAP.
• Manage SKU master data, including barcodes, HS Codes, packaging specifications, and product attributes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and inventory reports, supporting data‑driven decision making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or inventory control, preferably within a 3PL environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP for inventory and order management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and barcode/HS Code administration.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.
