About the role

A well‑established company in the UAE is seeking motivated Logistics Operations Staff to join its team in Dubai. The role handles day‑to‑day freight forwarding activities, coordinates transport logistics, tracks shipment statuses and keeps supply‑chain operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor daily logistics operations, cargo movements and delivery dispatch schedules.
• Prepare, verify and archive essential logistics and freight‑forwarding documentation.
• Maintain direct communication with customers, transport drivers and warehouse teams to update shipment status.
• Track shipments throughout their lifecycle and proactively resolve operational delays or routing challenges.
• Provide clear operational reporting and maintain accurate shipping records across internal tracking platforms.

Required profile

• Previous operational experience within logistics, supply‑chain or freight‑forwarding sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving, schedule management and cross‑departmental coordination abilities.
