Logistics Specialist – Middle East (Dubai)

About the role

Chaumet Horlogerie SA is seeking a Logistics Specialist for its Middle East regional office in Dubai. The role focuses on managing the efficient, cost‑effective flow of goods across the supply chain, using data analysis and project‑management skills to drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end shipment process from pick‑up to delivery, track shipments and update status in internal systems.
• Troubleshoot supply‑chain issues such as shortages, delays or damaged goods and implement corrective actions.
• Develop distribution plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost‑effective replenishment.
• Review and improve logistics processes, identify bottlenecks and propose data‑driven solutions to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Analyse logistics performance metrics using data‑analysis tools and present insights to senior management.
• Select and evaluate transportation vendors and carriers based on performance, cost and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of experience in logistics or supply‑chain management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with data‑visualisation and statistical tools.
• Project‑management experience and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
