Logistics & Storekeeper – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Logistics & Storekeeper to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound stock, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and condition match purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular counts, and flag discrepancies or damaged items.
• Organise the store in a clean, orderly, and clearly labelled manner for easy retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels, raise purchase requests when inventory falls below minimum thresholds, and maintain an asset register.
• Prepare and pack outbound shipments for local deliveries, Amazon, Noon, and international orders, ensuring correct labeling and secure packaging.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier companies, arrange pickups, provide documentation, and track delivery status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on inbound deliveries, handle import paperwork, and verify delivery notes against purchase orders.
• Support the operations team with packing, loading, and handling of heavy or sensitive equipment while following health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Prior experience in storekeeping, warehousing or logistics.
• Familiarity with stock management systems or inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Physically able to lift and move stock and equipment.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, comfortable with Excel and inventory tools.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
