Logistics Supervisor – AMXL Transportation

About the role

Amazon Operations is expanding its team in the United Arab Emirates. The Logistics Supervisor will lead shift management at a first‑mile fulfillment center, middle‑mile sortation center, or final‑mile delivery station in Abu Dhabi, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage and train associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions and other departments on process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data and drive process optimization to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• On‑site work at HnB eDSP in Abu Dhabi.
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
• Experience in logistics and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite in a professional setting.
• Preferred: experience managing teams.
